Phyllis Breech has spent over 25+ years building organizations and developing leaders. She founded Software Applications Technology in 1995, leading custom application development and digital strategy for clients for three decades. She has been instrumental in launching hundreds of nonprofit organizations, served on multiple boards, and led an organization of 4,500 members as District Director in 2019.

Phyllis combines executive coaching methodology with biblical wisdom — helping leaders move from calling to clarity to execution. She is the author of Living By Vision Workbook and a sought-after speaker on leadership, purpose, and Kingdom-centered business strategy.

Her own path included walking through depression and fear before stepping fully into her calling — an experience that now informs how she coaches others through their own breakthroughs, without ever staying in the struggle as the headline.

Together with her husband, she has served in marriage ministry at a multicultural megachurch and supported mission work in India and Nicaragua. She lives out her mission daily as a wife, mother, grandmother, and active community leader.
